Pumpkin Patch and Carving

On Saturday afternoon, traveled to "The Great Pumpkin Patch" with our friends.  We rode the train, looked at the animals, made it through the corn maze, and picked out pumpkins to take home and carve.  It was a fun day!

Last Home Soccer Game

Every Thursday night, Jaylee, and Aiden would hop in the stroller and I would push them to watch the high school boys play soccer.  We went to cheer on Shawn D, and would usually lave at half time.  Aiden's favorite part of the games is when they announce, "Let's play some soccer!!"

Columbus Day Trip to Niabi Zoo

It was a gorgeous day to head to the zoo!  Aiden wanted to take the wagon and pack a lunch, and that is just what we did.  What a fun morning!  The highlight was feeding the giraffes.  I don't have any pictures of Jaylee and Aiden feeding them as I was helping as well.  They had a blast feeding them lettuce.

Morton Pumpkin Festival

Just two quick pictures from the Morton Pumpkin Festival.  There will be more, however, I forgot my camera!  And I am patiently waiting for pictures...  Aiden had a blast riding the rides, especially the "scary" ones!  He took his first spin on the Scrambler this year!  Aiden also enjoyed watching the parade and catching the candy!  Jaylee and I hit the craft sale!  Lots of family fun over the weekend!

The Circus!

On Saturday I took the kids to the circus.  Our good friend Ryan came along for the fun!  Aiden was able to start his 3's at the circus last year, and ended his 3's at the circus as well!

Summertime!

Even though our summer vacation started several weeks ago, our adventures can officially begin.  My two grad classes are done, and it is time to start checking things off our to-do list.  Yesterday we headed to the Bettendorf Family Museum and saw the Clifford Exhibit.  The kids had a TON of fun exploring and learning!
