Conversation at breakfast time...
Me: What do you want for breakfast, Aiden? Donuts? Pancakes? Yogurt?
Aiden: I want icing.
Me: Icing isn't a breakfast food, you can't eat it plain.
Aiden: I want it in my mouth. With sprinkles
Yeah, the sprinkles would probably make it a breakfast food....

Aiden's Quote of the Day
Aiden was showing his babysitter, Charlotte where his dog's heart was. She asked him, "Where it your heart?"
He replied, "In my boob!" Thank goodness for blogs...ah the memories I will have to share with him one day!

Shirt Without the Elbows
Lately, Aiden has wanted to match with Jaylee in the morning. If she is wearing pink, he wants to wear pink, if she is wearing brown, he wears it too. Well this morning Jaylee and I were in sleeveless tops. When I asked Aiden what he wanted to wear he replied, "I want to wear a shirt without elbows too!". ;)

"You're Right"
As we were traveling in the car last week, I told Aiden I saw a garbage truck up ahead. He said, "No it's not!" As we got closer, he realized that it was a garbage truck. He then said, "You were right, I was wrong." A few minutes later he announced, "Mom, I don't like being wrong." Moments like these just crack me up!

More Aidenisms
On Tuesday we went to Toys R Us to get a gift, Aiden really wanted a Lego toy, and I tried to explain it was too much money, and he couldn't have it. The next morning, as soon as he woke up he said, I want to go to that store and see if that toy is on sale. :). What a shopper he is ;)
Later when I was telling someone the story he said, let's go to Wal-Mart, it's cheaper!
